Dr. Seth Grossman is a licensed psychologist in the state of Florida. He was the project leader and primary co-author with Dr. Theodore Millon, the world-renowned personality theorist and personality assessment author, for the revision of the Million Clinical Multi- axial Inventory (MCMI-IV). Dr. Grossman worked under the direction of Dr. Millon over the course of nearly two decades, co-authoring many textbooks, journal articles, and per- sonality tests. A highlight of Dr. Grossman’s contribution to the assessment field was the construction of the Grossman Facet Scales, first introduced in the MCMI-III and now updated in the MCMI-IV. Dr. Grossman has also been a guest lecturer on personality and clinical assessment at universities and professional settings both nationally and internationally. He is currently the director of the Center for Psychological Fitness in the Ft. Lauderdale, Florida region, and a member of the clinical faculty at the Florida Interna- tional University Herbert M. Wertheim College of Medicine in Miami.
