HOTEL RESERVATIONS
The special group rate at the Doubletree Chicago-North Shore Hotel & Conference Center for the IPA is $128 per night.

• Reservations for the convention must be made by the individual directly with Doubletree Chicago-North Shore Hotel & Conference Center by calling 847-679-7000. Individuals making reservations must mention the group name code name“IPA” in order to receive the IPA group rate.

• To receive the IPA group rate, reservations must be made no later than October 13, 2014.

• Reservations made after October 13, 2014 will be subject to prevailing rates and accepted on a space available basis.

• All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card. The hotel will not hold any reservations unless secured by one of the above methods.

• Check in time is 3:00 PM and check out time is Noon.
